If something breaks, looks wrong, or feels misleading, email contact@shogigridbase.com. That includes bug reports, privacy questions, broken copy, and the kind of board behavior that makes you wonder whether the game or the page lost its footing. There is no phone desk or live chat behind it.

The fastest reports are the most concrete ones. Include the page URL, browser, phone or desktop if it matters, difficulty if relevant, and what you expected versus what actually happened. A screenshot helps when the bug is visual or the board position matters — especially illegal drops, promotion choices, or hint suggestions that look off.

What we can help with

• Game will not start, board stays blank, or the AI does not reply
• Legal moves being blocked, illegal drops being accepted, promotion UI, or hint behaving oddly
• PWA install or Add to Home Screen issues
• Broken links, missing pages, or layout glitches on guide and legal pages
• Privacy or terms questions about local storage, analytics, or the email you send us

What we cannot do

• App-store refunds, APK installs, or sideload support
• School firewall or filter bypass advice
• Recover a local recent-game list from another device after local data is gone
• Host online multiplayer rooms or friend invite links
• Certify tournament strength for Beginner / Medium / Strong AI levels

If you are done debugging and just want the board again, head back to the home board.
